Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays

  • Orders cannot be modified once processing has begun

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Shipping times vary based on location, shipping method, and carrier availability.

Estimated Delivery Time (U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and size

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping availability may vary. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. The First Echelon is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
The First Echelon is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays or losses caused by carriers

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to assist. While we do our best to help, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays once the package has been shipped.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can assist you promptly.
