At The First Echelon, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
